Non-Refundable Retainer: A retainer of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your event date. This retainer covers administrative costs, custom graphic design, and the guarantee that we will not book other events for your specific time slot.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to the event date.
2. Cancellation & Weather Policy
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel 30+ days prior to the event, only the retainer is forfeited. For cancellations within 30 days, the retainer is forfeited and the remaining balance is waived as a courtesy.
Weather Policy: For the safety of our guests and equipment, Leason Entertainment LLC reserves the right to delay setup or cease operation due to rain, high winds, or extreme heat.
Weather Credits: If weather forces a cancellation within 30 days of the event, the retainer is forfeited but may be applied as a credit toward a new booking within 12 months (subject to availability).
3. Venue & Technical Requirements
Space Requirements: A minimum 10' x 10' level area is required for the booth setup.
Power Requirements: The client must provide a dedicated 15-amp power outlet within 20 feet of the setup area.
Outdoor Events: Professional overhead cover (permanent roof or commercial-grade tent) is mandatory for all outdoor setups to protect electronics from sun and precipitation.
Connectivity: While we provide cellular hotspots, a Wi-Fi or strong cellular signal at the venue is required for instant sharing features. If connectivity is unavailable, photos will be queued and delivered once a connection is established.
4. Safety & Liability
Equipment Safety: For the protection of our gear and your guests' experience, no food or drinks are permitted inside the photo booth area or on the prop table.
Damage Liability: The client is responsible for any damage to Leason Entertainment LLC equipment caused by guest misuse, unruly behavior, or negligence.
Model Release: Unless otherwise requested in writing, Leason Entertainment LLC may use event photos for marketing and social media purposes.
